Pose, colours and magic is all well and good so I'm not going to touch it. The only problem I see is that inside the form she is really 3D. The wrinkles in the blothes, the eyes, the hair rolling down, and though it's subtle her skin suggests form too. My ultimate problem is that the edges of her form - most notable, her arm and sleeve - suddenly stop. There is no shading to give us the illusion that here arm is a cylinder (so to speak). Now this lack of edge shading may simply be a style choice, to look more Japanese, then why is everything else raised so far off the page with great shading and highlights. Having the two conflict each other and thus make me angry. However, as I said before, the rendering, pose, and all the magic can easily hide the conflict I see.
